Welcome to FlowMusic AI. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of flowmusicai.io, our AI music tools, your account, and related support services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FlowMusic AI provides tools that use artificial intelligence to help users create or process music and audio. Available tools may include AI music generation, music cover generation, music extension, vocal removal, instrumental generation, singing voice generation, and voice cloning. Tool availability, supported input formats, settings, credit costs, and output characteristics may change over time.
The Service may accept text prompts, lyrics, audio files, voice samples, and other material you submit (“Inputs”), and may return audio, music, stems, vocals, instrumentals, metadata, or other material (“Outputs”). Outputs are generated automatically and may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your authentication credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly notify us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without authorization. We may limit, suspend, or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or applicable rights.
You represent that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and lawful authority needed to submit each Input and to request the selected processing. This includes permission from performers, voice holders, composers, lyricists, rights holders, and anyone identifiable in an Input where applicable.
As between you and FlowMusic AI, you retain your rights in your Inputs. Subject to these Terms and any third-party terms that apply to a selected tool, FlowMusic AI does not claim ownership of your Outputs. This allocation does not guarantee that an Output is copyrightable, exclusive, non-infringing, cleared for commercial use, free of third-party claims, or suitable for distribution. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs and obtaining any permissions or legal advice your intended use requires.
You grant FlowMusic AI and its service providers the limited rights needed to host, transmit, process, store, display to you, and otherwise operate the Service using your Inputs and Outputs.
The Service may offer free credits, paid credit purchases, subscriptions, or one-time purchases. The price, included credits, renewal terms, and any feature limits shown at checkout or in your account form part of the purchase terms for that transaction.
Credits are a limited right to use eligible Service features; they are not cash, stored value, or transferable property. A credit may be consumed when a request is submitted, processed, or completed, depending on the relevant tool and the information presented to you. We may correct obvious billing, pricing, or crediting errors and will provide notice where appropriate.
Subscriptions continue according to the renewal terms disclosed at checkout until cancelled. You may cancel future renewal through available account settings or by contacting support, subject to the terms presented with your plan. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a completed billing period.
Payments are handled by payment service providers selected for the Service. We receive transaction-related information necessary for order support, accounting, fraud prevention, and access management; payment providers handle payment credentials under their own terms and privacy practices.
To operate the Service, FlowMusic AI may use third-party providers for authentication, AI model processing (including KIE where a selected tool uses it), file or object storage, hosting, analytics, communications, and payments. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us or as their own terms require. Your use of an integrated provider may also be subject to that provider’s terms.
You must not use the Service to:
We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action, including removing access, cancelling pending requests, or preserving information where necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy and any non-waivable rights that apply to you. Please use the Refund Application process or email [email protected] with your order details. Do not initiate a payment dispute for an issue that can reasonably be resolved through support; if a dispute is opened, we may restrict affected credits or account access while the matter is reviewed.
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular generation time, a particular output quality, or that every feature will remain available. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary, including for security, provider changes, legal requirements, or operational reasons.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FlowMusic AI disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated results require human review and are used at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FlowMusic AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We may update these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process. For questions about these Terms, contact [email protected].
